No. First we go to your house to understand your needs, then we measure all the work to calculate the value and none of these services have a cost for the customer.
No, you can pay 50% in advance, 30% on the day the work starts and 20% when it is finished. These amounts can be made by check, bank deposit or cash, we do not work with cards.
We understand that you are a busy person and are not always at home. Therefore, your presence is not required during the renovation. Most of our clients provide us with access to their homes during their absence.
If it is a door or window change, we ask that our customers leave the space where we will work as free as possible. If it is an external job such as changing the siding, we always ask to remove objects that are close to the wall such as hoses, lawn mower etc. It is important that we have access to an electrical outlet to connect the machines necessary to carry out the job.
Roof services, chimney, concrete services and We do not accept half service. For example, sometimes the client wants to change the siding and when we remove the old siding, we see that there are woods that need to be changed, if the client does not accept to do what has to be done, we simply don’t do it. We can’t cover something that’s broken with new siding and take responsibility for it.
We are aware that sometimes unexpected situations may present themselves. If we have already acquired the material, it will be your responsibility, you can keep it where it is convenient and we can reschedule the start of the service according to availability. If we have not yet purchased the material and you wish to cancel without a date, we can refund the amount in advance. In both cases, a $200 cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount already received.
